• Bachelor of Laws – Queensland University of Technology
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – Queensland University of Technology

Experience and Services

Anna has practised in property law from the time of her admission as a lawyer.  Since joining Mahoney Lawyers in 2008, she specialises in management rights.

Anna has extensive experience in:

• Management Rights acquisition and disposal
• Multiple staged off-the-plan developments with clawback provisions
• Variations and Extensions of management rights agreements
• Drafting and negotiation of new management rights agreements
• Residential and commercial property acquisition and disposal

Interests
