Cath Champion - Solicitor

Position

Cath works as an estate planning lawyer and property lawyer under the supervision of the commercial partner Antony Harrison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Business - Southern Cross University.
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice - College of Law Sydney.

Experience

Cath graduated from the College of Law and was admitted to practise as a solicitor in 2006.  She has worked for Mahoney Lawyers for over 3 and a half years and practises in the areas of: -

• Property Law;
• Commercial Law; and
• Estate Law, including:-
• estate planning matters and strategies for asset protection and distribution;
• preparation of wills and trust documentation;
• administration of the estate of a deceased person including applications for probate and administration; and
• assisting with the finalisation of an estate.

Personal Interests

Cath enjoys muay thai and competing in moto-cross with family and friends.
