Geoff Purvey
Position
Geoff is a solicitor working in commercial litigation under the supervision of partner Ben Seccombe.
Qualifications
Geoff holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (with honours) from Queensland University of Technology obtained in 2008. He was admitted as a solicitor in late 2008
Experience and Services
Geoff is experienced in commercial litigation. He has worked extensively in the areas of insolvency, bankruptcies and company receiverships and liquidations. He has handled a number of matters in respect to the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004, and the Subcontractors Charges Act 1974. He also gained valuable experience in appearing before a number of courts and tribunals such as the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Interests
Geoff enjoys rugby, cricket and surfing.
