We know that all law firms make many representations to their potential professional employees about work quality, mentoring, work-life balance, budgets and other things but that many firms fail to deliver. The partners at Mahoney Lawyers take pride in looking after their staff and ensuring that we deliver what we promise. Before putting on new staff, we encourage them to speak with our existing staff to learn first hand what a position at Mahoney Lawyers entails.

It is not surprising that many of our staff have worked for us for very long periods of time - with paralegal Margaret Horrigan holding the record of some 30 years working for John. Partner Matthew Manz was John's articled clerk whilst partner Antony Harrison initially worked for the firm as a junior lawyer. Office juniors have become PA's for partners whilst many other support staff have moved from secretary to paralegal.

Since graduating from law school, I have worked for Mahoney Lawyers exclusively in the litigation division.
